JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team for our premium chocolate outlet located in a Dubai mall. The ideal candidate with prior experience in retail, excellent communication skills, and a flair for customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred females candidates only
• Currently residing in Dubai
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience (FMCG or confectionery preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-groomed, energetic, and presentable
• Willing to work mall shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about chocolates and customer service

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• Demonstrate and explain chocolate products to customers
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
• Ensure the outlet is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries
