Primary Responsibilities: Drive Store Sales & Conversion KPIs Oversee Store Operations & Staff Customer Service & Store Cleanliness Maintain Store Inventory & Supplies Levels Overview of Primary Responsibilities Drive Store Sales & Conversion KPIs: Monitor and ensure store staff is aware of and working towards defined store KPIs, including: Daily net sales, AOV, and conversion rate. Identify and implement selling opportunities & strategies to improve KPI performance. Provide feedback to store manager on customer response to merchandising displays and store assortment. Oversee Store Operations & Staff: Actively coach and train staff on customer interaction expectations and new selling initiatives. Ensure open and closing duties are followed, including: POS opening and reconciliation, drawers have proper float change, and store is cleaned & maintained. Monitor and direct daily store merchandising replenishment and minor display adjustments. Ensure backstock racks and visual display storage areas are properly organized. Customer Service & Store Cleanliness: Greet each customer in the store and provide information about Farmhouse Pottery, our philosophy, and what sets our products apart. Grow audience – capture customer information to build our engaged audience and track customer lifetime value. Approach customers throughout their journey to answer questions, offer product recommendations, and generally elevate their visitation experience. Maintain Store Inventory & Supplies Levels: Provide feedback to store manager on low or out of stock products for weekly replenishment. Ensure the store has proper supply levels of: store bags/selling collateral and facility items. Schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 4-5 days a week, including one weekend day per week and both weekend days during holiday periods. 2-3 years of retail sales experience Excellent organizational skills Superb verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude Weekend availability Physical Requirements: Frequently raise, lower and carry objects up to 20 pounds from one level to another Remain on feet in upright position for continuous periods of time, up to 8 hours Walk throughout building, including up and down stairs and outside The pay range for this position is $21 - $23/ hour.
