REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership within retail, business development, or related sectors.
• Strong selling skills, with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and influence outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and execute strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless focus on results, growth, and customer success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.
