  • 5 or more years’ experience in luxury retail sales, with strong wholesale and operational expertise.
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing key luxury client relationships.
  • Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and training delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with cultural sensitivity across global markets.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom with willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities

ROLE

Aman Essentials is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our global retail and wholesale business across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a passion for luxury retail and a proven ability to deliver results in international markets.
As a key ambassador for Aman, you will be responsible for growing wholesale partnerships, supporting retail initiatives across both corporate and property levels, and ensuring that every client and partner experience reflects Aman’s uncompromising luxury standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive retail and wholesale growth.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align retail initiatives with Aman’s global brand strategy.
  • Provide exceptional service to wholesale partners, including training, product support, and tailored solutions.
  • Monitor brand standards, merchandising, and client satisfaction through regular partner visits.
  • Represent Aman Essentials at meetings, events, and activations, promoting the brand with authenticity and confidence.
