YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You’re a graduate with a Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in Business
  • Proven experience in retail sales and or business development (mass market retail and DIY channel environment), with a focus on driving growth and achieving sales targets
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop and execute promotional strategies and product offerings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Proven track record of driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within a retail business to stay competitive in the market.
