· Responsible for advising on all our product ranges
· Responsible for providing advice on fitting solutions
· Providing a first-class customer experience
· Working as part of a team to uphold the company values
· Maintain Health & Safety Standards
· Processing of sales estimates, orders and payments using the sales database
· Housekeeping duties and maintaining a clutter free and tidy showroom
· Answering the telephone, checking and replying to emails
· Raising any discrepancies with suppliers and liaise with customers if necessary
