THE OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking an experienced Manager for our Hobart branch.
As the hands-on Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. As a seasoned operator, you will be the driving force behind our store’s success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead by example to foster a positive, high-energy environment for both team members and customers.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock integrity, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive and achieve sales targets, consistently hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential and contribute to a dynamic team culture.
  • Proactively address operational challenges to ensure seamless store performance.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment for both customers and staff.
  • Consistently deliver on key business objectives and contribute to the store’s overall success.

  • Have retail and/or sales management experience.
  • Having tile, bathroom ware and hard flooring experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Embrace the direction and procedures of the business.
  • Possess strong operational skills including stock processing, merchandising, organisation and time management.
  • Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell.
  • Must be able to work Saturday.
