Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Sales Manager to join Lloyd KIA based in Levens.
Salary: Basic Salary plus OTE of £55,000
Hours: 45+ hours per week

THE IDEAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER WILL HOLD THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Experience within the motor industry at management level
  • Commercial awareness and financial analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lead and manage the sales team
  • IT literate with a full UK driving licence.
  • Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  • Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs.
  • FCA & SAF approved
  • Able to react positively to organisational and market changes.
Responsibilities
  • To deliver results and maximise profit in all areas of responsibility.
  • To translate business strategy into operational plans for new and used car sales.
  • To develop and agree sales plans and budgets, including new cars, used cars and accessories and all related items, to achieve marketing, sales and financial targets.
  • To implement effective policies and procedures in order to maximise sales opportunities.
  • To inspire, provide leadership and effectively manage staff in order to maximise productivity and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility.
  • To work effectively with all other key personnel within the retailer to establish and implement best practice and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service.
  • To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff
