Developing and executing strategies to expand, strengthen partnerships and grow the overall business of the organization. Leading the identification and targeting of new partner prospects based on market trends and business priorities. Initiating high-level conversations with potential partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Working with the largest partner accounts with high strategic value, performing risk assessment, and giving business rationale for the organization's investments in the partner. Providing comprehensive and tailored solutions that integrate the organization's products/services into partners' strategies. Setting revenue targets and monitoring performance against targets, and key performance indicators, and providing accurate revenue forecasts. Engaging in transactional and relationship selling while directing sales professionals and achieving sales quotas. Navigating and resolving conflicts or disagreements between partners and the organization to maintain a positive relationship. Providing mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 10+ years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Polish retail partner ecosystem. Business Development and Business Planning experience. Good understanding of Retail Marketing. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish. Result-orientation and commitment, strong problem solving skills and proactivity. Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
