THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. * Precision-Driven Leader: You bring a high level of attention to detail and natural leadership qualities, ensuring every setup that leaves the shop is dialed in for total accuracy. * Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. * Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. * Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. * Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. *Candidate must be at least 18 years of age SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION * Hours: Average of 42 hours per week. * The Shift: Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and a set day off each week. * Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). * Pay: The salary rate posted is the approximate annual salary that includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage of, equating to approximately $50,000.
