POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 1+ years of marketing experience.
  • Functional Skills: Must have excellent analytical skills and data analysis skills. Must be strong in the areas of prioritization, organization, and project management.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, Google Analytics, and content management systems. Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Language Skills: Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Retail Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Truma Team, ensuring projects are done on time and within budget. This person will help leverage all service & retail sales activities by overseeing collaboration within the team. By applying hands-on, practical thinking, project management, and vendor management skills, this individual will help push projects from start to finish, including Show/Event Coordination, Marketing Material Fulfillment, Reporting, email marketing deployment, inbox management, and support for service and sales teams.
You will focus on tracking and optimizing retail sales programs by providing reporting, project management assistance, and show/event coordination. We would like to see this position grow in terms of sales skills, marketing knowledge, and technical aptitude. To be successful as a Retail Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you must be highly self-motivated and proactive, and have a working knowledge of current email marketing tools and sales tactics to execute successful events and marketing campaigns.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE:

  • Maintain inventory of sales support and marketing materials, coordinating as needed with the print vendor.
  • Manage data and account information in the Email Marketing Platform.
  • Coordinate email and enewsletter creation and distribution to all channels.
  • Assist with setting up Dealer/Service partner accounts on CRM with the Team Lead.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts on behalf of the Dealer/Service Program as directed by the Department Head.
  • Work with paid and social media contractors on monthly calendar creation and reporting.
  • Support answering and routing of emails received through the Service, Orders, and Marketing inboxes.
  • Assist with Warranty Registrations and claim documentation as directed by the Warranty Administrator.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate all event and trade show logistics and processes to ensure consistent branding and communications. This includes coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, displaying shipping, and establishing contacts.
  • Gather market trends, industry needs, and product info to be used in the development of future products.
