RETAIL SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME

Location: Irving, TX
Weekly Pay: $700–$900 base pay + uncapped commission

We’re hiring a Retail Sales & Marketing Representative for our client in Irving, TX to join our growing team! In this full-time position, you’ll represent well-known brands inside retail partner locations, engage directly with customers, and drive new business through product education and promotional sales.

• Interact with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services
• Learn and execute brand sales pitches, offers, and promotions
• Educate customers on product benefits, features, and deals
• Maintain in-store displays and promotional materials
• Work closely with our management and marketing teams to hit sales goals
• Use a tablet/CRM system to enroll customers and track performance
• Participate in hands-on training to master sales techniques and customer engagement
