JOB DESCRIPTION:

MOBOT is the largest retailer of personal mobility devices in Singapore, with many outlets island wide. MOBOT is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales to join our team. As a Retail Sales, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and promoting our range of personal mobility devices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience;
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Ability for fluent conversing and writing in English and Chinese and/or Malay will give you an advantage in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations and answering product-related questions;
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services;
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends;
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments;
  • Ensure transactions and settlements are recorded accurately;
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized, with products properly displayed and stocked;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
