Position Title: Sales Officer – F&B / Retail Division
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Division
Department: Sales

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality (mandatory).
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales background.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets across café outlets, catering, and retail distribution channels. The role requires strong market knowledge, business development skills, and proven experience in driving revenue within the F&B industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across multiple channels.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships (corporates, retail, wholesale).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the F&B sector.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular market feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure service quality.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
