Job Requirements A Retail Sales Officer is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance overall store performance. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Promote products, offers, and loyalty programs Maintain product displays and store cleanliness Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Prepare sales reports and maintain records Support visual merchandising activities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation abilities Customer service orientation Basic computer/POS knowledge Teamwork and problem-solving skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous retail sales experience preferred Work Environment Retail stores, showrooms, supermarkets, or malls Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays may be required
