Retail Sales & Operations Manager Requirements: · Management of the entire COCA station network through regional and operational teams · Supervision of station operations in accordance with the highest quality standards · Management of teams: operational, business support, training, contact · Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding to market needs · Operational audits and implementation of improvements · Business development through standardisation and optimisation projects · Recruitment, training and development of management and station staff · Creation and implementation of incentive systems · Analysis of sales and operational results (KPIs) · Cooperation – with the offer and ND departments · Cooperation with marketing, logistics, finance and HR departments · Representing the company at industry events and within the MOL Group Responsibilities · Higher education (preferably in management, economics, trade, logistics) · Postgraduate studies or MBA welcome · Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and operations, including 5 years in a managerial position · Knowledge of the fuel and/or FMCG industry · Knowledge of English. · Experience in managing a distributed network of units (e.g. retail, HoReCa) · Ability to build sales strategies and optimise processes · Proficiency in modern analytical tools and operating systems · Willingness to travel frequently on business · Category B driving licence · Results- and customer-oriented · Ability to motivate teams · Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment · High personal culture and professional ethics.
