. Job Purpose The job holder is responsible for overseeing all retail sales operations across all company showrooms and branches, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and strengthening the brand image in the market. This is achieved through analyzing sales operations performance, identifying gaps, and developing improvement and development plans. . Main Responsibilities Description  Planning and Sales ­ Contribute to the preparation and execution of strategic, annual, and quarterly retail sales plans in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. ­ Participate in setting sales targets at the region, sector, store, and category levels, and monitor their achievement regularly. ­ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, analyze results, and provide them to the sales management for necessary corrective actions. ­ Coordinate with the Marketing and Product Departments to design and activate seasonal and special promotional campaigns (Ramadan, national occasions, discount seasons, etc.). ­ Contribute to designing or proposing incentive and commission programs for employees to support achieving sales targets while ensuring fairness.  Customer Experience and Customer Service ­ Monitor customer satisfaction indicators, analyze complaints and feedback, and develop continuous improvement plans in cooperation with the Customer Experience and Service Department. ­ Reinforce a customer-centric culture among sales teams and supervisors as an essential part of daily performance. ­ Follow up on mystery shopper results and work on addressing the observations.  Workforce Management ­ Contribute to identifying training and development needs and coordinate with the Training Department to design and execute suitable programs (sales skills, customer service, store management, data analysis, etc.). ­ Conduct periodic performance evaluations for supervisors and sales employees, provide feedback, develop individual development plans (IDPs), and contribute to reducing employee turnover and resignation rates. ­ Supervise schedules and shift distribution to ensure proper sales coverage during peak times and sales seasons.  Visual Merchandising and Store Openings ­ Supervise the implementation of visual merchandising standards for products in electronics and home appliance showrooms in coordination with the Development/Marketing Department. ­ Review and approve store layouts and customer flow paths to ensure ease of browsing and increase cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. ­ Coordinate with suppliers regarding special display stands, interactive screens, and development projects for major brand display areas. ­ Participate in new store openings: planning, store preparation, coordination with relevant departments, staff readiness, and ensuring operational and sales readiness according to the plan.  Administrative and Daily Reports ­ Monthly sales report ­ Monthly report on sales performance of showroom staff ­ Monthly report on best-selling products ­ Monthly report on slow-moving products with recommendations ­ Use sales systems and POS tools to analyze data and extract opportunities for sales and operational improvement. ­ Monitor competitor activities in the market (prices, promotions, new store openings, etc.) and provide practical competitive response proposals. ­ Participate in internal committees and task forces related to developing sales policies, operations, customer experience, or launching new projects/products. ­ Weekly report on conversion rates and performance for each showroom. Qualifications  Academic Requirements ­ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.  Experience ­ A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least the last two years in a supervisory/leadership role within the home appliances and electronics retail sector or a similar retail field.  Additional Requirements ­ Good understanding of sales skills and the ability to persuade. ­ Strong organizational skills, task distribution, and time management. ­ Proficiency in analytical skills and identifying development opportunities. ­ Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities and challenges. ­ Strong skills in motivation and team collaboration. ­ Proficiency in using various software and technological applications (POS systems / ERP systems / Microsoft Office programs). ­ Strong data analysis and decision-support skills. .
