KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident in leading the day and motivating a team to achieve results.
• Flexible with availability for scheduled and call-in/standby shifts.
• Available on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (schedules may be adjusted based on business needs).
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous fashion retail experience (footwear experience highly regarded but not essential).
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative and supportive team player.
• Highly motivated, organised, and adaptable.
• Willing to travel to assist surrounding stores when required.
• Must hold valid Australian work rights with at least 12 months remaining.

  Pay: $26.55 – $28.12 per hour
