JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organised retail environment. Carrying out print and photo copying jobs for customers is a big part of the role.

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Providing detailed information about products, including features and benefits.
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays and tidying up.
• Dealing with deliveries.
• Printing, scanning, photocopying, laminating.
• Creating displays.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  A high level of computer literacy is required in this role in order to carry out the print related tasks.
