Description Elite Construction Solutions, the powerhouse behind the 123 Exteriors brand, is looking for dynamic, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Professionals. Whether you're seeking the freedom of contract work or a structured path to leadership, we offer the platform, training, and support to help you earn big and grow fast. You'll be helping homeowners with customized roofing, windows and siding. Our window solutions use our Energy Star Most Efficient exclusive lines of windows. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound (company generated) inquiries. Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate exterior home solutions. Present product options, pricing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner. Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals. Follow up with clients to close sales and maintain long-term relationships. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with installation teams and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity. Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required. Maintain CRM records and communicate project status updates Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training Field-based role – Be in the community 75–90% of the time Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree preferred; High school diploma or GED equivalent with relevant experience required Proven track record in sales, preferably in window, construction, or home improvement industries desired but not required Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 2+ years in windows or home improvement sales preferred but not required Knowledge of energy-efficient window products, vinyl, wood, and aluminum systems preferred but not required Experience with in-home sales and territory management preferred but not required REQUIRED: WORKING CONDITIONS Working Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours and additional as needed after storm events Location – Elite Assigned Territory/Office Travel – 75-90% travel in assigned territory or market
