Botanic Gardens: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 5pm
Fort Canning: Monday - Sunday 10.30am - 8pm
5 working days, 8 days off per month on weekday

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Customers: Actively approaching and interacting with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcasing clothing items, highlighting key features, and explaining the benefits of each piece.
  • Sales Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases by highlighting the value and appeal of the clothing.
  • Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful assistance, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Brand Representation: Maintaining a positive and professional image of the brand, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Promotional Activities: Participating in events, setting up displays, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Inventory Management: May involve assisting with stock management, ensuring displays are well-maintained, and reporting sales data.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain product information and engage in conversations with customers.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor to build rapport with customers.
  • Salesmanship: Persuasive and confident in their ability to encourage purchases.
