Requirements Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and purchases. Maintain in-depth knowledge of building materials and product offerings. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technologies. Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members to manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized showroom. Stay informed on current promotions, inventory changes, and new products. Support order fulfillment for pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications: 1+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in building materials, construction supply, or hardware retail. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, tablets, and inventory management tools. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
