JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, marketing, and operations, requiring a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Sales or customer service experience (precious metals experience a plus).
• Having an existing book of sales is a strong plus, demonstrating proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the precious metals industry.
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
• High attention to detail and a commitment to ethical standards.

• Sales & Customer Service: Build and maintain customer relationships, convert inquiries into sales opportunities, and educate clients on precious metals and investment services.
• Daily Tasks: Open and close the office, perform security checks, log into systems, manage transactions, make daily calls to leads and members, handle member service calls, submit service orders, conduct inventory audits, and prepare deposits.
• Community Engagement & Lead Generation: explore local engagement campaigns, develop strategies to attract new customers, and track campaign performance and adjust strategies.
• Operations & Administration: Seek our improvements to daily operations, maintain inventory, assist with events and community outreach, and analyze sales data to inform strategies and improve performance.
• Uphold Culture and Standards: The precious metals industry relies on trust and consistency. Strictly adhere to company policies, communicate our mission and values, and support customers in their sound money needs.
