As a Retail Sales and Stores team member at Beaumont Tiles, you’ll play a dual role -delivering outstanding customer service in the showroom while also supporting warehouse operations. Your goal: to ensure every customer leaves delighted and inspired by their experience with us.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve driving sales and providing exceptional service. You’ll also assist with warehouse duties, including stock management, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
This is a dynamic role that requires you to multitask across the showroom and warehouse, contributing as a key member of our passionate and high-performing sales team.

Within this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day
• Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
• Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty
• Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers
