POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of retail associates, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment with high call volume

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service by maintaining high standards of customer care
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Implement customer service best practices and train team members accordingly
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to minimize discrepancies and losses
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize product placement and selection
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to achieve or exceed sales goals
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide a pleasant shopping environment
  • Monitor and manage cash registers and cash handling procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will supervise hourly Members in the FB Express outlet.
