POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Valley Fair location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about wellness, lifestyle products, and delivering exceptional service in a premium retail environment.
You will be the face of OSIM, helping customers discover how our massage chairs and wellness products can enhance their everyday life.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXCELLENCE

• Ensure each customer receives a personalized and premium shopping experience.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and sound judgment.
• Follow up on high-potential leads and VIP customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven success in selling high-ticket or lifestyle/wellness products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Customer-first attitude with a passion for health and wellness.
• Hands-on, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a retail environment.
• Bilingual ability (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
• Availability to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
