The Role As the Retail Sales Trainer, you will transition into a role focused entirely on Driving ROI and Brand Advocacy: Deliver engaging product training and hands-on demos in retail stores Coach and motivate store teams to improve smartphone sales performance Build strong relationships with retail managers and sales colleagues Ensure excellent brand presence, merchandising, and in-store execution Support product launches, promotions, and sales events Drive results through insight, energy, and consistent field activity What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for experienced mobile phone retail professionals or tech sales specialists ready to move into a field-based training role.
