Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized mattress recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in an attractive and informative manner. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries. College diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred. Proven 3 years sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and connect with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. Basic knowledge of computer applications and point-of-sale systems. Male 25 to 35 years old Saudi, Egyptian or Syrian national Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
