Description:
We are seeking a WOMAN candidate who is dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Salesperson with additional responsibilities in Business Development. The ideal candidate will excel at providing excellent customer service in a retail environment while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. This dual-role position requires a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for business growth and development.
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to approach them.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and international, organizations, and key decision makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns to attract new customers.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, or community activities to promote the store and its offerings.
- Develop partnerships that lead to increased traffic and sales for the store and online.
