RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT / 2IC

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Assistant / 2IC at our Ashburton VIC Store.

We have shown strong & sustained growth for over 16 years, and most of our Senior Management team started out as Retail Sales Assistants in our Stores, so career progression is a proven option for those who want it.

You will be assisting the Store Manager and ideally capable of acting as their 2IC or Assistant Manager either initially or with some training.
You will be responsible for helping customers to choose the right power solution (Batteries, Solar, Charging etc.) for their needs. You will need to be physically fit and be capable of lifting and fitting batteries. You will be given full training but any electrical or mechanical experience would be a bonus as this can be a hands-on role, solving customer problems and fitting batteries as needed.
