They are tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, handling transactions, maintaining product displays, and building customer loyalty. Key duties encompass upselling, replenishing inventory, and addressing customer complaints. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing tailored product suggestions. Sales & Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Product Knowledge: Keeping comprehensive knowledge of products to respond to inquiries and demonstrate features effectively. Merchandising & Inventory: Stocking shelves, organizing the sales area, and supporting inventory management tasks. Transactions & Service: Processing payments through POS systems, managing returns, and resolving customer concerns. Upselling: Applying upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost revenue. Requirements & Skills Experience: Demonstrated experience as a retail sales representative or in a comparable position. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers effectively. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
