Loss Prevention Services Limited (LPS) is Ontario’s leading provider of security personnel, dedicated to safeguarding a diverse range of clients across the region. We are committed to excellence in security and loss prevention, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail security guard in the North Bay Area with FULL-TIME availability. Successful candidates must have full-time open availability. Applicants with restrictions will not be chosen to move forward in the selection process.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Full-Time Retail Security Guard with LPS, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our organization and retail environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Proven experience within the retail sector and/or a customer service role.
• High school diploma required; preference for graduates in Police Foundations or Law & Security.
• Part-Time availability, including weekends. No restrictions.
• Reliable cell phone with a data plan.
• Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Possession of a reliable vehicle.

• Support store staff as related to customer service.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols diligently.
• Prepare detailed incident reports using knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Citizen’s Power of Arrest.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while representing Loss Prevention Services at all times.
