QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as a security officer or similar position
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety and security of clients and their customers
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
