Overnight Security Officer – Dubbo, NSW CONSTANT Security is currently seeking experienced Overnight Security Officers to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. This role involves providing overnight security at a retail store while essential building works are being carried out. For this role, you will need to be available to commence from 11 May 2026. Key Responsibilities: Monitor site access and maintain a secure environment during overnight works Commence shift at the loading dock, ensuring it remains locked when not in use Transition to the shop floor to oversee contractors and shopfitters Remain on-site until the morning team or staff members arrive Requirements: Current NSW Security Licence (Must Have) Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate Availability to commence from 11 May 2026 Previous experience in retail or construction site security (preferred) Casual Pay Rates: Monday – Friday: $34.89 per hour Night Rate: $40.94 per hour Saturday: $48.84 per hour Sunday: $62.80 per hour Public Holidays: $76.75 per hour If you’re reliable, alert, and experienced in overnight security operations, we encourage you to apply.
