JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a professional and confident Security Officer with strong retail experience, ideally in luxury retail environments. The successful candidate will have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with both customers and staff in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail security experience required; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong situational awareness.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents effectively.
• Must be active, alert, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Greet and assist customers while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and assets within the store.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or suspicious activity.
