Next Level Security Group are seeking to employ an SIA licensed Retail Security Officer to work at one of our retail outlets (South Shields) and be part of our vastly growing team of experienced retail officers .
The position is full time (37.5hrs), shift pattern is: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 09:00 - 17:30, 5 days per week.

• Be approachable when welcoming clients and customers
• Always provide a polite and excellent customer service
• Protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse by deterring violence and public order offences.
• Respond to any on site incident or request for assistance and assume control until arrival of the Client, Emergency Services or Duty Manager
• Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, recording, reporting and escalating all incidents.
