Your Role
As a Retail Security Officer, you will be the face of safety in-store, protecting customers, staff, and stock while delivering excellent service. You will act as a visible deterrent to crime, respond to incidents, and help create a secure and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour.
  • Conduct regular store patrols and monitor CCTV.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and incidents, escalating when necessary.
  • Complete accurate incident reports and liaise with store teams.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and legal requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • A valid SIA License (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
  • Strong observational skills and a calm, professional approach.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
