Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Retail Security Officer with CCTV Licence to ensure the safety and security of a Shopping Centre. You will be joining our B2B Security Teams based in Wythenshawe - M22
Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular foot patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
We are offering a Permanent position with monthly pay to work straight day shifts to include Mon / Tue / Fri / Sat / Sun - with the earliest start being 6am and a latest finish of 8pm

KEY REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE :

• Valid SG/DS SIA Licence with First Aid * essential
• Valid CCTV Licence * essential
• Full 5-year UK checkable work history
• Experience in a similar retail security role is required
• You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Monitoring Access control to the building, by checking credentials, ensuring only authorised personnel can enter restricted areas, and keeping track of visitor logs.
• Have a visible presence by carrying out routine foot patrols, including locking and unlocking premises
• Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
• Operating a telephone switchboard and the use of client software and security CCTV systems in the control room
• To carry out daily / weekly health & safety checks, including Fire alarm testing
