That includes: Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches, following our comprehensive company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep our restricted areas safe Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses to security issues Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. Ideally, you’ll have: A valid SIA licence. First Aid at Work qualification (desirable) CCTV Public Space Surveillance licence (desirable) Previous retail security or loss prevention or door experience Experience with CCTV and control room environments Knowledge of UK retail crime trends Customer service or hospitality background The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
