Qualifications The following are preferred qualifications for the position of Security Supervisor on the Evening Shift at Arundel Mills: Experience: • Minimum 2–3 years in security operations (retail/mall environment preferred). • At least 1 year in a supervisory role (team lead, sergeant, captain). • Skills: • Strong leadership and conflict de-escalation • Incident management and emergency response experience. • Customer service skills for tenant and guest interactions. • Technical: • Familiarity with CCTV/control room operations. • Ability to write clear incident reports • Certifications: • CPR/AED/First Aid (or ability to obtain). • Guard card/license as required by state. • Availability: • Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in mall or large retail environments. • Training experience (OJT, performance coaching). • Familiarity with emergency evacuation plans and drills.
