REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor in a retail environment (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Current NSW Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of service

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Retail Security Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for supervising on-site security operations, maintaining strong communication with retail management, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support a team of security officers in a high-traffic retail setting
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and management communication
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with security protocols
• Respond to incidents professionally and efficiently
• Conduct regular patrols and ensure presence is visible and reassuring
• Provide clear incident reporting and daily activity logs
• Mentor and guide security personnel to uphold company standards
