SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The supervisor will be required to complete all Security Guard duties and Supervisor duties (Scheduling/Report review and approval, Performance Management, etc.)
• Vital Communication skills/Customer Service and de-escalation skills are a must.
• Sign in visitors/guests.
• Must have experience in a retail environment.
• Strong observational/situational awareness skills
• Must demonstrate exception conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate and understand de-escalation and emergency management techniques.
• Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.
• Good command of the English language – Speak, read, write.
