POSITION SUMMARY:

TCL North America is looking for a Retail Sell-out Manager who will play a pivotal role in launching new hardware products and driving their success post-launch through strategic planning and cross-functional execution. This role is highly collaborative, requiring seamless coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with strong analytical and operational capabilities to ensure timely product launches, optimize channel performance, and enhance market competitiveness.
As a Retail Sell-out Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of TCL in the North American market. You will lead go-to-market strategies from concept to execution, ensuring alignment between product readiness, market timing, pricing, promotion, and distribution. Post-launch, you will oversee performance metrics and analytics to continuously refine execution and support growth targets. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the TCL’s success.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum qualifications:
Ÿ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Ÿ 5+ years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel management, preferably in consumer electronics or durable goods
Preferred qualifications:
Ÿ Strong track record of retail execution in high-volume retail chains such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, or Target
Ÿ Proven experience managing third-party field teams or supervisor networks across multiple markets
Ÿ Hands-on leadership style with a bias for action — comfortable spending 3+ days/week in-store, solving problems on the ground
Ÿ Demonstrated ability to design and implement retail programs, including incentive plans, product focus strategies, and sell-out initiatives
Ÿ Excellent analytical skills — able to read data, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable solutions
Ÿ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with store personnel, agency partners, and cross-functional teams
Ÿ Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking; can both “do” and “plan”
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
