Luggage Point are seeking a customer focussed person for the role of Retail and Service Supervisor to work between their two stores based at Edinburgh Airport and Waverley Market. This is a varied and dynamic role within a well known and highly respected retailer at the airport location.

Previous supervisory experience ideally in a retail environment

The role of Supervisor involves a focus on retail sales as well as providing essential services to travelling passengers. Luggage Point are the premium service providing luggage and baggage services within the airport and the role of Supervisor is a vital part of the team.
No day is ever the same in the airport and this role promises a great deal of variety, from delivering high standards of customer service, delivering retail sales to resolving passengers problems and reuniting them with missing items.
