Job Functions: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service. Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations. Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment. Experience: 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations 1+ year of training and/or developing teams Skills and Demands: Ability to work various shifts. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
