An exciting All-Rounder Position has opened up at Di Pacci Coffee Company HQ in Roselands.
We are looking for a young, confident, and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our busy coffee machine showroom. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be part of one of the largest and fastest growing coffee companies in Australia.

About the Role:

• Assisting the Head Sales Manager with walk-in customers
• Helping customers select the right equipment in a professional, informative, and friendly manner
• General showroom duties, including keeping displays organised, clean, and presentable
• Wrapping, strapping, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Supporting day-to-day operations in the showroom as required

About You:

• Confident, outgoing, and professional communication style
• Computer literate and comfortable using point-of-sale and basic admin systems
• Energetic and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and organised with attention to detail
• A genuine interest in coffee and equipment (experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus but not essential)

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
