Duties
- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Lead and motivate the shop team
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise inventory management and stock control
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Team management experience preferred
- Sales management expertise
- Proven track record in supervising staff
- Background in retail management is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency would be beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £39,000.00 per year
