Responsibilities
  • Shop Leadership: Acting as the single point of ownership for all operations, sales, and customer experience within Cork.
  • Sales & Commercial Growth: Driving the store’s performance by focusing on key metrics like sales conversion rates and average order value (AOV) to maximise every opportunity.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring the store is spotless, well-merchandised, and running with flawless efficiency. You will manage inventory, staff scheduling, and all day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Embodying our “put the customer first” value by ensuring every person who interacts with LOCO Scooters has an exceptional experience. You will manage our reputation and proactively generate positive reviews.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Hiring, leading and coaching a small team of part-time staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment where everyone is motivated to perform at their best.
  • Local Marketing: Acting as our brand ambassador by identifying and executing local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive footfall.
