KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager / Sales Manager, preferably in electronics or consumer durable retail.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management.
• Willingness to travel regularly between all store locations (UAE Valid driving license).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, visual merchandising, and sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and reporting tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in retail sales and multi-store management.
