As a Retail & Timber Sales Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. EXPERIENCE

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

• Handle transactions accurately using the till system, ensuring basic math skills are applied for cash / card handling.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
